Privacy policy

This policy describes what Automatik Labz ("we," "us") collects on automatiklabz.com, why, and what your options are. The short version: we collect your email when you ask us to, we use cookieless analytics, and we don't sell data to anyone.

What we collect

Waitlist and newsletter signups. When you join a waitlist or the newsletter, we store your email address and a tag describing where you signed up (for example, which product's waitlist). We use it to send the emails you asked for: launch announcements, invites, and occasional lab notes. Storage is our own self-hosted email platform; your address is not shared with third-party marketing networks.

Booking data. If you book a call, scheduling runs through Cal.com, which collects the details you provide (name, email, meeting notes) under Cal.com's privacy policy.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you. We see aggregate page views, referrers, and performance data; we cannot see who you are.

Spam protection. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates browser signals to distinguish humans from bots. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

What we don't do

• No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no cross-site profiles.
• No selling or renting of personal data, ever.
• No adding you to lists you didn't sign up for.

Affiliate links

Blog posts may contain affiliate links. Clicking one takes you to the vendor's site, where the vendor may set a cookie attributing a future purchase to us. That happens on their domain under their policy; details in our affiliate disclosure.

Your rights

Every email we send includes a working unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@automatiklabz.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted; we honor deletion requests regardless of your jurisdiction.

Data retention and security

Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Our email platform is self-hosted with access limited to the people who operate it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it, and active subscribers get notified by email.
