Automation, delivered live

The products are still reacting; these three engagements run today. Every one ends the same way: a system working in your stack, owned by you.

Fractional CAIO

An AI strategy that ships, without the full-time hire.

A Chief AI Officer’s calendar, a consultant’s overhead profile. Every month you get a working session, a revised roadmap, and standing access for “should we use X?” questions that would otherwise cost you a week of research each.

The retainer exists because AI strategy rots fast: the model landscape turns over quarterly, and a slide deck from January is a liability by June. This is strategy with a maintenance contract.

Built for: Founders and ops leaders at 10–100 person companies who know AI should be doing more of their work, and don't have anyone whose job it is to make that true.

MCP Connector Service

Your internal tools, wired into every AI assistant your team already uses.

The Model Context Protocol lets assistants like Claude read your CRM, query your warehouse, and file the ticket without a human copy-pasting between tabs. The protocol is open; the engineering is the hard part. We’ve built these connectors for our own stack; this service builds one for yours.

Fixed scope, fixed price, quoted after a 30-minute scoping call. If your system isn’t a fit for MCP, we’ll tell you in that call, not in week three.

Built for: Teams whose real data lives in a CRM, a database, or an internal API, and whose AI assistants can't touch any of it.

Done-for-you AI builds

A working automation in production, not a strategy deck.

You bring the bottleneck; we build the system that removes it, run it alongside your team until it’s boring, then hand over the keys. Boring is the goal: an automation you stop thinking about is the only kind that pays for itself.

We take a small number of builds at a time, because we run every build like it’s our own ops. That’s also why there’s a waitlist for the products: they’re these builds, generalized.

Built for: Operators with one named bottleneck (lead intake, reporting, inbox triage, content ops) that eats hours every week and hasn't survived three attempts to delegate.

Every system we sell runs on our own operation first: this site, its blog pipeline, and the waitlist you'll join are built on the same stack we deploy for clients.

Start with thirty minutes

No deck, no discovery theater. Bring the workflow that hurts; leave with an honest read on whether automation fits, what it would take, and a number.

  • Free, and useful even if we never work together
  • Technical questions welcome; you'll talk to the people who build
  • If AI is the wrong tool for your problem, we say so on the call

Fair questions

What does an engagement cost?

Fractional CAIO runs as a flat monthly retainer. Connector builds and done-for-you builds are fixed-scope projects quoted after a 30-minute scoping call; you know the number before any work starts.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Everything deploys into your accounts and your infrastructure, documented, with your team trained to run it. There is no lock-in and nothing rented back to you.

How fast can we start?

Strategy retainers usually start within a week. Build projects depend on the current bench load; we take a small number at a time, and the scoping call will give you an honest start date.

What if our workflow is not a fit for AI?

We tell you on the scoping call. Some workflows should stay human, and saying so early costs us a project but keeps the ones we do ship trustworthy.
