Run by the systems we sell
Automatik Labz is an AI automation lab. Everything on this site's product bench started as a system we built because we needed it, ran until it stopped breaking, and only then decided to ship.
Why a lab, not an agency
Agencies sell hours. Labs run experiments, keep what survives, and publish the results. That's the operating model here: our own lead intake, reporting, content pipeline, and email infrastructure run on the automations you'll find on the products bench. When something breaks at 2am, it breaks on us first.
The consulting practice exists because clients kept asking for the systems behind the demos. The products exist because we got tired of rebuilding the same systems from scratch, engagement after engagement. Both feed each other: client work stress-tests the products, and the products make client builds faster and cheaper.
What we believe about automation
Boring is the finish line. An automation you have to think about is a prototype. The goal is systems that disappear into the furniture and just run.
Humans own the judgment calls. Every system we ship has a human approval gate anywhere trust is on the line: outbound email, published content, money. AI does the shifts; you keep the signature.
You own the stack. Builds deploy into your accounts and your infrastructure, documented well enough that you could fire us and lose nothing but our company.
Where things stand
Today: three live service lines (fractional AI leadership, MCP connectors, done-for-you builds) and five products in active development. The waitlist is where launch news lands first, always with waitlist-only pricing.
Watch the experiments
First-run invites and field notes from the bench. Or skip the waiting and book a call about a live build.
